🍷Fermentation🍺

The Fermentation System allows you to combine raw liquids and ingredients inside a specialized container to age them over hours, days, or even weeks into refined alcoholic beverages such as beer, wine, and cider and more!

Required Equipment & Materials:

  • Keg: The primary station used to hold, combine, and ferment beverages.
  • Base Liquids & Ingredients: The specific raw items (e.g., water, fruit, grains) required for your target recipe.
  • Storage Containers: Bottles, jugs, or mugs used to hold the liquid once extracted from the Keg.

The Fermentation Process (Step-by-Step):

  1. Fill the Keg: Pour the required base liquid into the Keg.
  2. Add Ingredients: Rez the required recipe ingredients next to or on top of the Keg. You can view full ingredient requirements by checking the recipe list directly inside the Keg’s menu.
  3. Begin Aging: Initiate the fermentation process and leave the container to age over time.
  4. Transfer the Beverage: When you are ready, access the Keg menu and select Transfer to pour the liquid into any compatible container.

Quality & Maturation Mechanics:

  • Quality Scaling: Beverages continuously refine and improve in quality the longer they are allowed to ferment inside the Keg.
  • Early Extraction: You can extract beverages before they reach full maturation; however, allowing the full aging cycle to complete yields significantly higher-grade products.
