The Health HUD is an optional add-on that enables your avatar to become sick if you neglect their needs, allowing you to expand and enhance the realism within your roleplay experience even further.

Getting Started:

Once you attach the Health HUD, you will see a new little heart icon appear on your screen. Simply leave the HUD on and running; it will automatically sync with your main Fantasy Life system and enable all of its features as long as it remains attached.

Clicking the heart icon will open the health menu. This menu displays your overall health status (indicating whether you are healthy or sick) and lists any current symptoms you might be experiencing.

Illnesses and Symptoms:

If you fail to feed or hydrate yourself properly, you will eventually become sick. The specific illnesses you contract are random, but they depend heavily on which specific needs you are neglecting.

If you get sick, you will notice the HUD’s heart icon change to a different color. This indicates you are experiencing symptoms and should check your status menu immediately. Additionally, flavor RP text will appear in local chat when you are feeling unwell, just in case you miss the icon changing!

⚠️ Important Warning: While you are sick, your main Health stat will slowly deplete. It will continue to go down until you get healthy again, or, in the worst-case scenario, until you die.

Treating Symptoms:

To treat and cure your symptoms, you have two options:

• Self-Treatment: You can take the proper medicine (available at the Mainstore) to fight the illness and slowly heal yourself over time.
• Seek a Professional: You can find another Fantasy Life player with a high enough Medicine skill level AND the Medical HUD to treat you and help you recover.
